In 1956, G.H. Martin had just finished his job of helping with the construction of Lake Lanier as a welder. Shortly thereafter, G.H. built the first private boat house on Lake Lanier for Mr. J.D. Jewell. Three generations later, Martin Docks continues the tradition of crafting timeless boat docks on Lake Lanier and surrounding areas.
